You can find this combination in pricier serums, so it is nice to see the exact same ratio in a more affordable option. I am currently using hydroquinone at night to fade dark spots, and this Vitamin C serum is playing an important part in my morning skincare routine to help quell the overproduction of melanin in the areas of these dark spots on my skin. It is doing a good job of providing my skin with protection during the day. The serum is very lightweight, making it perfect for daytime use under make-up.

This appears to be a high quality vitamin C serum. In addition to the vitamin C, it also contain Vitamin E and ferulic acid. I wasn't familiar with ferulic acid in skincare products so I looked it up. Apparently ferulic acid helps stabilize the vitamin C and vitamin E. It also greatly enhances their effectiveness. The serum is not watery. It almost feels like a very thin gel. I don't notice any scent. This goes on easily and absorbs well without tackiness. I haven't felt any stinging while using this but then, I've used vitamin C products before so my skin is used to them. I've been using this for a week and so far I'm pleased. It's too soon for major results but I have noticed that my skin looks brighter and more glow-y. I'm going to continue using this as part of my skin care routine.

I selected the OBOGEE Vitamin C for the Ferulic Acid (FA). A few years ago, I dismissed FA as a skincare ingredient, not really understanding its value. Then I had the opportunity to use it regularly for several weeks and loved it. It helps with tone and texture - resurfacing to keep my face smooth. The OBOGEE VitC/FA combo has become a go-to in my AM routine - use it every other day.Glides on and is absorbed nicely by my skin. My face looks fresh and bright. The FA is a great ingredient for anti-aging, pigmentation and to protect against sun damage. I have noticed a difference in how my face looks throughout the day - firm and alive. Not tired and bland…. Nice effective serum - a bit on the pricey side, but I recommend at the coupon price!

I've been using a Vitamin C serum on my face for years. I've tried many brands over those years, so I know when I come across one that I like. I like this one. The 15% concentration of Vitamin C is within the range I prefer. I've come across serums with much higher concentrations, and I personally don't think it's advisable to use those types of serums. The addition of Ferulic Acid an Vitamin E make this serum by Obogee stand out. It's easy to dispense just the amount I want with the dropper, and it is easy to spread over my face and neck. There is no stickiness or other negatives after applying. I use it in the morning, as recommended, and am able to apply moisturizer and makeup over it without any problem. As with other Obogee products I've tried, this one is impressive.
