Shipping – United States
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45 USD.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and delivery.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and can be delivered to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.
Shipping – Canada
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $60 CAD.
Orders under this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95 CAD.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing and delivery.
Applicable taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no delays at customs.
Returns – United States
We accept return requests within 100 calendar days of your order delivery date.

Return shipping is free within the U.S. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products (with original packaging, if possible) must be shipped back within 21 calendar days from the date you initiate a return.
Returns cannot be processed for items without a scannable barcode.
Once your return is received and processed by our returns center, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Please note: your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
All purchases and returns are monitored for abuse or unauthorized resale. Obogee reserves the right to decline purchases or returns that violate our policies.
Returns – Canada
To initiate a return, please email us at obogeeofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Once your return is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
Obogee actively monitors return patterns and reserves the right to deny refunds or purchases suspected of abuse or resale activity.
